The Sovereign Stack
We replaced $1,100/month in GHL with a $30/mo open-source stack. Every tool here is reviewed, rated, and actively used — no affiliate fluff.
In the Sovereign Stack
What we actually run. Curated, opinionated, battle-tested.
Claude
The only AI I use to run my entire business. Not a chatbot - a full business operator. Writes content, queries the CRM, manages the inbox, builds scripts, and executes ops. Everything else in the stack exists to support Claude.
DuckDB
My entire CRM. 3,000+ contacts, full query history, zero monthly cost. Runs locally on my machine. Claude queries it directly in plain English. Replaced the contact management I was paying GHL $1,100/month for.
Google Cloud Run
Where the website lives. Serverless containers on Google's infrastructure. Pay for actual requests, not for a server sitting idle. Scales to zero when no one is visiting, scales up when traffic spikes. No DevOps required.
Mailgun
Newsletter and broadcast email. Where the Manoj voice goes out to the list. Pay per send, no monthly seat fees, solid deliverability for bulk sends. The newsletter layer of the sovereign stack.
Resend
Transactional email that just works. Welcome emails, receipts, notifications - anything that fires automatically. Clean API, excellent deliverability, pay per send. No monthly fee unless you are sending serious volume.
Sanity
The CMS behind manojsaharan.ai. Blog posts, case studies, testimonials, offers - all structured content lives here. Free tier is genuinely generous. Claude publishes directly to it via the API.
Twilio
Direct SMS. Same per-message rate I was paying inside GHL, minus the GHL platform markup. Claude writes the messages, Twilio sends them. No monthly seat fee.
cal.com
Booking for consulting calls. Free plan covers everything I need. Stripe connected directly - payment taken at booking, no chasing invoices. Replaced Calendly and the booking module I was paying GHL for.
