I did not set out to run my entire business with one AI. I got there by eliminating everything that did not work.
Claude is not a tool I use occasionally. It is the operator of the business. Content, code, data, email, community - all of it runs through Claude. Every other tool in the sovereign stack exists to give Claude something to work with.
Why Claude and Not Something Else
I have used ChatGPT, Gemini, and several open-source models. Claude is the only one where I trust the output enough to let it run operations unsupervised. The reasoning is more careful. The instructions are followed more precisely. The context window is long enough to hold an entire business's worth of information.
Claude Code vs Claude.ai
Claude.ai is the browser interface - good for conversation and drafting. Claude Code is the CLI tool that runs in the terminal - this is where the real work happens. It can read files, write code, query databases, run scripts, and execute multi-step operations. That is what makes it a business operator, not just a chatbot.
What I Actually Use It For
Daily: blog post editing and publishing, CRM queries and segmentation, email drafts, Skool post writing from video transcripts, YouTube metadata, script generation. Weekly: data analysis on the Lab membership, competitive research, offer copy refinement. As needed: building scripts, debugging errors, migrating data, setting up new workflows.
I give Claude context once - in CLAUDE.md and the Second Brain. After that, it operates with that context in every session. That is the unlock most people miss.
