Who is collecting your information

Workshop registrations are collected by Manoj Saharan / AI Avengers. If you need to contact us about privacy, consent, or communications, email manoj@aiavengers.io.

What we collect

• Your name and email address when you register
• Consent choices you make on the registration form
• Technical attribution data such as referrer, UTM parameters, and ad click identifiers
• Operational metadata associated with the signup, such as request timing and browser details

How we use your information

• To send workshop confirmations, reminders, and related follow-up
• To understand which traffic sources and campaigns are producing registrations
• To follow up about relevant offers, workshops, and business services you asked to hear about
• To operate and improve our registration, reminder, and conversion systems

AI-assisted communications

Some outreach, follow-up, routing, drafting, or prioritization may be assisted by AI systems. That can include message drafting, segmentation, summarization, and suggested follow-up across channels.

If you consent, we may contact you by email and, if you later provide or use those channels with us, by SMS, phone, WhatsApp, or social/direct message. AI may assist in preparing or routing those communications. Human review may be used where appropriate, but not every message is guaranteed to be fully manual.

Consent and opt-out

• Your consent is not a condition of buying any product or service.
• You can unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link where provided.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you by replying with an opt-out request or by emailing us directly.
• If SMS is used in the future, message and data rates may apply, and SMS opt-out instructions will be honored.
